Operational Excellence Training & Coaching
Operational Excellence is the practice of running an organization in a way that consistently delivers high-quality results with the least amount of waste, effort, and cost.
It means doing the right things, the right way, every day—by improving processes, empowering people, and continuously finding better ways to work so customers receive reliable value and the organization performs at its best.
I collaborate with PMI (Process Management International) that offers accredited Operational Excellence training courses and coach trainees (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) toward their certification (theory exams and projects).
Leadership Advisory
Successful continuous improvement programs are underpinned by genuine, visible, and active leadership support. Messages from the top matter—why we are doing this, how it works, how it will change the way we work, what’s in it for our employees, and how leaders will support them.
Equally important, leaders must walk the talk, demonstrating through their actions that this is not just another short-lived initiative.
I work with leaders to address these questions by shaping a clear communication strategy and reinforcing the mindset and behaviors required to sustain continuous improvement.
Change Management
Change does not occur simply by intention. Achieving sustainable change requires deliberate leadership attention and consistent buy-in across all organizational levels, from executive management to the shop floor. The probability that a change initiative—such as an improved process or a new way of working—will be successfully adopted and sustained increases substantially when stakeholders clearly understand the benefits and actively support the change.
I apply the Prosci ADKAR® Change Management methodology to address change management challenges in a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented manner, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively adopted and embedded within the organization.
